The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and project management support to the Health System’s Executive Leadership team. Assists in managing complex schedules, handles sensitive information, prepares meeting minutes and Board meeting agendas, coordinates other meetings and travel, acts as a liaison between the executive team and other departments or external stakeholders.
Provides confidential Administrative support to the President/CEO and Health System Executive team.
Serves as liaison in communication as desired by President/CEO with all appropriate individuals (Administrative Staff, Directors, Medical Staff, Board of Trustees, and Visitors).
Attends Board, Board Executive Committee and other Board committee meetings as requested and serves as official meeting recorder.
Manages Administrative Office functions of department.
Organizes special Board/Medical Staff meetings/functions as directed by the President/CEO.
Provides general support to the Executive team on special projects.
Position Qualifications:
Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training preferred
Sufficient previous secretarial experience
Sufficient managerial/supervisory experience
