Primary Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointment schedules
  • Provide information about our products and services to potential customers
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless transfer of appointment details
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

Essential Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to meet or exceed goals
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus

Educational And Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in an appointment-setting or similar role is preferred

Role Purpose
