Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled bartender with proven experience working with premium tequila and mezcal . The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional bartending skills, but also a strong understanding of agave spirit profiles, production methods, and cocktail pairings. You’ll be responsible for creating memorable drinks, educating guests, and contributing to our curated agave-forward beverage program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, with a focus on tequila and mezcal creations

  • Educate guests on agave spirits, tasting notes, and cocktail recommendations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

  • Uphold exceptional service standards and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and staff training

  • Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Deep knowledge of tequila and mezcal varieties, regions, and production techniques

  • Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
