Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled bartender with proven experience working with premium tequila and mezcal . The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional bartending skills, but also a strong understanding of agave spirit profiles, production methods, and cocktail pairings. You’ll be responsible for creating memorable drinks, educating guests, and contributing to our curated agave-forward beverage program.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, with a focus on tequila and mezcal creations
Educate guests on agave spirits, tasting notes, and cocktail recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Uphold exceptional service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and staff training
Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Deep knowledge of tequila and mezcal varieties, regions, and production techniques
Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
