In this key role, you will: Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop compelling job descriptions. Utilize your expertise to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels. Conduct engaging interviews and administer pre-employment assessments. Leverage your experience with ADP to streamline the hiring process. Stay abreast of industry best practices to ensure our recruitment efforts are effective and efficient. T To succeed in this role, you must have: Must have experience recruiting for a NON PROFIT -No exceptions 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting. Proven success recruiting for non-profit organizations. In-depth knowledge of ADP payroll and ATS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish fluency.
