Hear So Good Audiology & Hearing Aids is an established private practice (13 years) in Novato, California (Northern Marin County). We have a steady flow of word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers and medical referrals from local area physicians who know the quality of our work and trust us. We are contracted with most insurance plans, many with hearing aid benefits removing cost as a significant barrier to hearing aid adoption.

We are looking for a dedicated audiologist who can blend clinical knowledge, technical precision, and social connection to diagnose and treat hearing loss, recommend the best solutions, and empower patients to experience the far-reaching benefits of amplification.

Job Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.)
• California State Dispensing Audiology License or ability to get one
• Facility and efficiency with audiology diagnostics including tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, and otoacoustic emission testing
• Ability to complete timely, thorough, medical caliber audiology reports with actionable recommendations
• Facility and confidence with the hearing aid sales process
• Experience with at least three major hearing aid manufacturer’s products
• Skilled at taking ear impressions and experience determining best earmold options for a particular patient
• Adept at using real ear measurements to verify hearing aid fittings
• Flexible approach to interacting with patients and their families for education, instruction and counseling

Compensation

• Base salary (for 32-hour work week): $90,000 - $115,000 (DOE)
