Job Description

Homestead Management Services, located in Pine Brook, NJ, is experiencing strong growth managing Community Associations throughout New Jersey. Exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with recent work understanding of Community Association AICPA Fund Accounting Methods. Candidate must be a C.P.A. with auditing background, preferably in community associations. Candidate needs to have 5-10 years of Accounting Experience in Property Management. We offer excellent starting pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as 401(k) with a 2% match. Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will manage the overall Accounting Department, including Financial Reporting, Client Services (A/R), Accounts Payable, and accounting staff for all the Community Associations we manage.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating all annual audits with outside auditors.
  • You will work closely with the President and the Executive Team on new acquisitions.
Qualifications: • Candidate must be a C.P.A. with a strong auditing background with 5-10 years of industry and accounting experience.
