We're looking for a Director of Social Media to strengthen and grow our digital presence. Reporting to the VP of Social Media & Communications, this role will lead social strategy, manage daily execution, and deliver measurable growth across platforms. The Director will oversee content planning and performance, ensure consistent brand messaging, and identify opportunities to expand reach and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in social media management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proven track record of creating strategies that drive results. Salary Range : The salary target for this role is $130,000 - $170,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
