Role Overview 

You'll help process online orders, pack with care, manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. 🛍️✨

Key Responsibilities for Ecommerce Fulfillment

• Receive and review online orders to package
• Verify customer details, product availability, and shipping information
• Generate and attach shipping labels using order management systems.
• Select items from inventory
• Make sure items are accurate, undamaged, and in good condition.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Track and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Report low inventory or discrepancies.
• Receive Returns
• Process customer returns and exchanges per company policies.
• Use inventory and order management software (Shopify)
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Operating order management systems (like Shopify) and printing shipping labels.
• English speakers or Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. 
• Prior Fulfillment/Warehouse Experience.

Salary and Benefits

• $525.00 per week.

Work Schedule for Boutique Store Manager

• Full-time role 5-6 days per week | 10 am- 5 pm
