* Track bookkeeping and budgets
* Manage subscriptions and expenses (personal, business)
* Build financing and grant applications
* Social media post planning
* Writing company announcements
* Documenting and writing SOPs
* Light graphic design (name tags, SOPs, onboarding docs)
* Posting job ads and screening applicants (cleaners, programmers, etc.)
* Finding and vetting professionals (chef, therapist, lawyer, videographer, van up fitting) | Screening through videos
* Source products (local suppliers, Chinese manufacturers)
* Researching and implementing new software
* Handling business emergencies
Software Tools and Platforms:
* Go High Level
* AI Tools - ChatGPT, Gemini
* Google Sheets - MUST BE A HEAVY USER
* Instagram, Tiktok
* Zapier
* Quickbooks / ADP | Stripe - invoicing
* LinkedIn, Indeed
* Knowledge of photoshop would be a preference - just very light knowledge for light graphic design
VA English Communications
* Must be fluent in English as they are representing the client
Notes/Special Requests:
* Sourcing experience is a preference, they will have 15 minutes screening and then pass over to operations manager
* Experience in high stress corporate environment a PLUS
* Must be very smart and emotionally intelligent
* Female is a preference
* Ideal person would be someone who can speak both English and French - if not they must be able to use google translate / ChatGPT translate (just a preference but not a requirement)
