Entry-Level Project Manager - Custom Residential Construction
Location: Kiawah Island / Greater Charleston Area
Full-Time $65,000-$85,000 Bonus Growth Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our award-winning residential construction team. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned builder and be hands-on with luxury home projects across Kiawah Island and the surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
Assist in managing ground-up residential construction projects (2,800-7,000 sq ft)
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and surveyors
Support client communications, updates, and on-site meetings
Help maintain construction schedules, budgets, and quality control
Learn the full project cycle - from plans to punch list - under expert mentorship
Who We're Looking For:
2 years of construction experience
Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company
Strong communicator - personable, professional, and responsive
Tech savvy - comfortable with iPhone/iPad, Windows, and software tools
Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working flexible hours and being available when needed (including holidays)
Construction-related degree is a plus, but not required
