Forklift Driver

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Starting Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 6am-2:30pm

This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient product movement, and supporting various operational tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload trailer trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for wine and non-wine products using RF Scan Devices.
• Oversee outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of all outbound orders.
• Assist with general supply management, replenishment, and workflow optimization from receipt to storage.
• Support labeling, waxing, and foiling projects as needed.
• Pack and ship specialty orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all local, county, state, and federal regulations.
• Follow and enforce all company safety guidelines and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Familiarity with RF scanning technology and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
