DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Equipment Technician to join our growing team. As a family-owned staffing company, we pride ourselves on connecting quality candidates with reputable organizations.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing janitorial equipment, including:

• Floor care machines
• Vacuum cleaners
• Buffers
• Installing laundry and kitchen systems and other cleaning devices used in commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have proven mechanical expertise with janitorial appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on janitorial equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Replace or repair parts as necessary
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a janitorial equipment maintenance technician
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of janitorial equipment
• Familiarity with circuit boards and low-voltage systems
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
• The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean DMV record , as they will need to travel to the client's job sites, typically within an hour drive max., to perform machinery repairs.
