• Job Title: Japanese Bilingual IT Sales Representative
• Client: IT Company
• Working Location: Manhattan, NY
• Working Style: Hybrid or Onsite
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: $45K - $75K (DOE)
• Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (EST), Monday–Friday
• Language: Japanese, English (Verbal and written required) 

▶︎ Position Overview: Develops a high level of product knowledge and market application knowledge in order to effectively increase sales revenue and coordinate sales of network & system solutions.  

▶︎ What will you do:
• Find and respond to competitive and market opportunities as well as customer inquiries  
• Make sales calls and provide proposals, bids, and project information  
• Plan and coordinate the sale and implementation of products with technical teams  
• Contact existing customers to assess needs and identify business expansion opportunities  
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and price quotations  
• Maintain sales contracts and maximize customer satisfaction and cross-sales  
• Forecast sales and prepare annual budgets and sales plans  
• Review account info, issue invoices, and assist with collections  
• Prepare sales materials and perform presentations  
• Conduct market research and assist post-sales teams with service startup  

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English  
• Experience in sales, customer communication, and network/system solution coordination
