Title: Jr. Graphic Designer Reports To: Art Director

Job Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a part-time, seasonal Jr. Graphic Designer to assist the Graphic Design team in the development and execution of social media, email, broadcast, and in-venue graphics.
Duties & Responsibilities - Design promotional marketing drops for television broadcast and video boards in the ballpark
- Create email graphics for marketing and advertising campaigns and customer journeys
- Assist Graphic Designers and Art Director in creation of graphics packages from brand standards
- Update in-game video board elements, including chyron messaging, player headshots, player stats and game notes
- Help build campaign templates and one-off requests for social media use
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or related field
- One to three years’ experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Motion design capabilities using Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Demonstrates design principles and creative trends with an online creative portfolio
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including some nights and weekends, when needed
- Understanding of baseball and Orioles team history is a plus
