The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful software engineering solutions. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
