Job Description

Bemana is hiring for a Marine Sales Representative for a family-owned metal recycling company that services the Gulf Coast, East Coast and Caribbean. This role is focused on driving the acquisition of marine-related materials including boats, barges, ships, offshore rigs, and shipyard scrap.

BENEFITS:

• Pay: $110k - $115k/year base salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed purchasing (sales) targets.
• Identify new opportunities across the maritime industry.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to support revenue growth.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted materials.
• Track activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years experience in the marine industry.
• Existing network of contacts in shipbreaking or offshore decommissioning preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a self-starter attitude.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed.
