Boylston Staffing is looking for a Part Time Events Assistant for a University in Cambridge, MA.

Alumni Relations Team is seeking a detail oriented, proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of multiple events. Must be able to work independently as well with a team and vendors committing to excellence.

• Will serve and the point of contact and manage event documentation, processing registration data, monitoring shared inboxes, preparing reports and materials using MS Office.
• Will coordinate logistics with vendors and internal departments, source and track swag and speaker gifts and assemble printed and digital event packets.
• Will utilize CVENT (event registration platform) and the University's platform.

Ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, skilled at multitasking, willing to learn along with strong communication skills, MS Suite, Customer Service, able to meet deadlines and be familiar with event registration.

Will start off 20 hours per week and will add more hours closer to events. May include some overtime and weekends as needed. Potential for Hybrid days.
