What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide top-notch customer service and policy support to personal lines clients, primarily in home and auto insurance
• Build strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions
• Handle renewals, endorsements, claims support, and policy reviews with professionalism and care
• Assist in quoting and selling new business
• Maintain client records and documentation using our Hawksoft agency management system
• Collaborate with a fun, tight-knit team to meet shared goals and uphold the agency’s core values

What We’re Looking For

• Texas P&C Insurance License (Required)
• 1-2 years of experience as a CSR or Account Manager in personal lines insurance
• Strong knowledge of home and auto insurance
• Experience with Hawksoft (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a good sense of humor; you like to have fun while doing great work!
