Residential Roofing Sales Trainer

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Trainer, you’ll be the spark that fuels our sales team’s success. You’ll:

Build and deliver high-impact sales training focused on prospecting, canvassing, closing, and overcoming objections.
Coach and motivate reps to hunt for new business like pros—and seal the deal.
Lead from the front, jumping into the field and showing exactly what it takes to win.
Track performance, celebrate victories, and push for continuous improvement.
Create a high-energy, competitive sales culture where success is the only option.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in residential roofing (or similar home improvement) sales.
Experience coaching, training, or leading sales teams to exceed goals.
A natural-born hunter—driven, competitive, and fearless when it comes to new opportunities.
Electric communication and presentation skills—you inspire people to take action.
Strong organizational skills to track progress and keep goals in sight.
Willingness to hit the road when needed to support field training.
