The Opportunity
As part of the Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice team you will bring together an ecosystem of solutions, specialization, and services to help organizations maximize capital project value and make the built environment more sustainable. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. As a part of our team, you’ll also help organizations analyze, design and implement business and technology solutions for large scale capital projects and programs.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

- Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Finance, Finance & Technology preferred
- Certification(s) Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE), AACEI, CMAA, or PMI
- Bringing experience in capital project solutions
- Leading large teams in delivering complex projects
- Managing project performance to meet client expectations
- Distilling complex data into clear messaging
- Leveraging technology and automation in work execution
- Developing insights on key industry trends
- Experience in asset intensive industries preferred

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
