Talent acquisition Associate needs 1-2 years' experience
Talent acquisition Associate requires:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
-Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.
-Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
-Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
-Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
Talent acquisition Associate duties:
-Own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail.
-Maintain job descriptions and compensation information within all systems.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 33.00 Per Hour
