What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective sourcing and interview strategies.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, to identify and attract top talent.

Manage the  full-cycle recruitment process for roles across multiple departments and geographies with high focus in the US.

Collaborate with the HR team on  employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding initiatives .

Use  data and insights to track progress, optimize processes, and ensure quality of hire.

Work with external partners and agencies when needed to support hiring pipelines.

Support recruitment for  new markets

Position Intro:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.

REQUIREMENTS

You'll do it using

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a  tech-driven or fast-growing company .

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SparkHire, enhancing your ability to source and engage candidates effectively.

Experience recruiting for a range of  corporate and technical roles , with a strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices.

Comfortable working in a  global environment ; experience with international hiring is a plus.

A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple open roles at once.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with  ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools .
