Training Manager

Training Manager Description:

Works together with the other restaurant leaders, overseeing their growth and work, in order to accomplish the Franchise Owner/Operator’s vision for the restaurant. A Training Manager will serve in Kitchen and/or Hospitality operations, driving sales, profit, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team. They will have a special focus on team member development and training, overseeing training processes and scheduling. Position yearly earnings is based on hourly wages earned from a 40-60 hour work week.
