Videographer job at Plot Property Group Las Vegas, NV, US

Job Description

We're looking for a creative videographer who knows how to shoot, edit, and package engaging content that performs on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is more than just a filming job — you’ll help us craft viral moments around flipping houses, startup building, and real estate investing. Responsibilities:

Film walkthroughs, on-site videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes
Edit short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add subtitles, motion, music, and trending formats
Repurpose long-form videos into viral short clips
Help storyboard and pitch engaging ideas weekly
Stay up to date on trends and audio that perform well
Optimize content for reach, retention, and storytelling

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut
Strong understanding of what works on social media
Portfolio of viral or high-engagement videos (preferably in business, real estate, or lifestyle)
Ability to work independently with fast turnaround times
Own filming equipment or be local to shoot in Las Vegas (preferred)
