Wire EDM Machinist - JPC134

Pay: $15 - 30/hr + Benefits

Industry: Plastic

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in Wire EDM work centers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in precision machining and tool fabrication, working with both new and existing profiles for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate a variety of CNC machines, with primary emphasis on Wire EDM work centers.
• Plan, layout, and execute precision machining operations to construct, alter, and/or repair tools, dies, fixtures, and other machined tooling.
• Regularly perform diverse and complex operations on one or more machines simultaneously.
• Fabricate new extrusion tooling for new profiles for both new and existing customers.
• Work from prints and/or CAD files to turn designs into fully functional production tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC machining, specifically with experience in Wire EDM.
• Ability to interpret CAD files, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience in fabricating extrusion tooling and working with various materials.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining processes and tool setup.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
