Guidelines for Submitting Full Papers
All papers submitted to the IBCM-2025 Conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings of Atlantis Press, part of Springer Nature. An ISBN and ISSN will be assigned to the full volume. Note: Abstracts will also be published in a special issue of the Proceedings of the Institute of Biology.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Manuscript Structure and Requirements
Authors are required to submit a research article in English, in DOCM format, with a total length of 10–15 pages.
Manuscripts must follow the Springer style guidelines using the provided template and include the following sections:
- Abstract (180–200 words)
- Keywords (at least five words or phrases)
- Introduction
- Main Body
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements
Formatting and Submission
- Files must be submitted in LaTeX (.tex) or Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Please refer to the Important Downloads for Authors section below for templates.
⚠️ PDF submissions will not be accepted.
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals.
Tools for conference paper authors
- Free translation tool which can be helpful if you draft a paper in your own language and then want to translate it into English (link)
- Copyediting and translation services are also offered by Springer Nature via Research Square and AJE
Ethical and Quality Standards
- Avoid AI-generated content. Manuscripts found to rely on AI tools may be subject to retraction.
- For research involving humans, human samples, or animals, include a statement of ethical approval in the Methods section.
- Ensure consistent use of abbreviations, terminology, and units throughout.
All papers will undergo plagiarism screening and quality assurance checks prior to double- blind peer review process.
Submission Statement
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
- The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
- The submission has been approved by all co-authors.

Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
- Duration: 10–13 minutes
- Discussion & transition time: 2–5 minutes
- Total per speaker: 15 minutes
Poster Presentations
- Prepare posters in A0 size (portrait orientation).
- Bring your printed poster to the venue.
- Place it on the designated poster board using the assigned number.
