Job Description

Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

An established national law firm, with a highly collaborative office in Minneapolis, is currently seeking an M&A Attorney to join their corporate team, full-time.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and excellent benefits to match. This opportunity is for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and for those that want to build their practice with the full support of a firm behind them.

Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20+. Lateral partners are welcome to apply (portable business NOT required). Portable client bases can be well supported within the firm.

Skills and Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
* Strong academic background
* J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
* Licensed to practice in MN or ability to be admitted within six months of employment
* Willingness to mentor associates within the firm

Top-market base salaries paid along with percentage on exceeding billable hour targets, and originations. Compensation advertised may be more or less based on experience level, and if applicable, portable business.
