Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other virtual channels.
Sell a variety of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
Educate prospects on insurance policies, explaining their options and helping them make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or expand coverage based on client needs.
Address client concerns with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Process premium payments, policy changes, and updates with attention to detail.
Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.

Experience with agency management systems, multiline phone systems, and computer software is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex information clearly.
